Company profiles for cleaning companies in the UAE
Cleaning contracts often start with a simple request: “Can you send us your company profile?” Building managers, property companies and FM main contractors ask for one when they shortlist suppliers, and they want to see quickly what you clean, who does the work, how it is checked and where you operate. We write and design cleaning company profiles that answer those questions clearly, in English, Arabic or both. Packages start at AED 150.

Built for growing cleaning companies
This page is for cleaning firms that need a credible profile fast: a new company introducing itself to its first clients, an established team that has relied on a price list and a WhatsApp message until now, or a business that has just been asked for a profile and wants to send something professional in return. Your profile is built only on the information you confirm, and it is arranged in the order a buyer reads it.

What goes into a cleaning company profile
Your service menu
Office and commercial cleaning, residential buildings and villas, deep cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, window cleaning, carpet and upholstery care, kitchen cleaning, post-construction cleaning, housekeeping staff: we include the services you actually offer and group them so a reader can see at a glance whether you fit their site. The list stays consistent with the activities on your trade licence.
Staffing and training
How your team is organised, from cleaners to supervisors and any specialist roles. Headcount appears only if you want to share it. The training you give your staff, such as induction, safe chemical handling or equipment use, is described in plain terms.
Equipment and materials
The machines you use, for example scrubber dryers, carpet extractors or pressure washers, plus the chemicals and consumables you work with. If you use eco-friendly products, the profile can say so and name them.
Supervision and quality checks
A buyer who outsources cleaning wants to know what happens when something is missed. A short description of your routine answers that: site checklists, supervisor visits, how clients report an issue and how your team follows it up.
Coverage and schedules
The emirates and areas you serve, and the schedules you offer, such as daily contracts, one-off jobs, or night and weekend shifts if you provide them.
Licence, certificates and policies
Your trade licence details, the certificates you actually hold (for example ISO 9001, if you have it), and any HSE or quality policy you work to. If you don’t have certificates yet, that section is left out and the space goes to your services.
Starter or Essential: choosing your first profile
Starter — AED 150
4 pages in English or Arabic, 1 design style, 1 revision, delivered in 5 working days after full intake. Four pages cover the essentials: a cover, who you are and what you clean, how and where you work, and how to reach you. Starter suits a cleaning firm whose clients mostly read one language and which wants a proper document in place of an informal price list.
Essential — AED 450
6 pages per language in Arabic and English, 1 design style, 1 revision, delivered in 5 working days after full intake. The extra pages give staffing, equipment and quality checks their own space, and the Arabic version is written for Arabic readers rather than translated line by line. A good choice when your clients’ teams work in both languages.
Room to grow
You can upgrade later by paying only the difference in price. Move from Starter to Essential when you need both languages, or to Professional (AED 850, Recommended) for 8 pages per language, a choice of two design styles and 2 revisions. If you’re bidding for a specific contract, Premium (AED 1,500) adds wording tailored to that tender or vendor registration, plus a selected projects page: see company profiles for tenders and prequalification. See a finished cleaning profile
Clearpath Cleaning is a fictional company we created to show how a cleaning profile reads. The sample is a full 8-page PDF: 4 pages in English and the same 4 pages in Arabic, covering the cover; about, vision and services; capabilities, coverage and process; and contact and documents. We offer two design styles, Executive Navy and Clean Facility. Clean Facility, with its lighter canvas and icon-led service grids, suits cleaning and soft-services firms.
Start your cleaning company profile
Send your trade licence details and service list on WhatsApp or through the contact form. We’ll recommend Starter or Essential for your situation, and delivery times start after full intake. Every profile comes as a print-ready PDF and a web PDF, with no VAT added.
Cleaning company profile FAQs
Is a 4-page profile enough for a cleaning company?
For a first profile, it usually is. Four pages cover who you are, what you clean, how you work and how to reach you. If you run several service lines or want staffing and quality checks shown in more detail, Essential gives you 6 pages per language, or you can add pages to Starter at AED 99 each.
Should we start in English or Arabic?
Starter is one language, so choose the one your target clients use most in their day-to-day work. When you need both, upgrade to Essential by paying the difference, and you’ll have 6 pages in each language.
What photos should a cleaning company send?
Recent, well-lit photos of your own team in uniform, your equipment and your vehicles work best. Send photos taken at client sites only if you have permission to use them, and check that your staff are happy to appear. If you don’t have suitable photos, the design can rely on icons and clear typography instead.
Should prices go in our company profile?
We suggest keeping prices out and sending a separate quotation or rate card. Prices change, and buyers often ask for a quote against their own scope, so a profile without prices stays useful for longer.
