Before a consultant, developer or main contractor invites you to bid, they usually want to know whether you qualify. Prequalification means comparing many companies against one checklist, and a profile that follows that checklist saves the reviewer time. What prequalification reviewers usually check

Each company uses its own prequalification form, but many cover the same ground:

• Licence activities and, where one applies, your contractor classification
• Relevant projects: scope, location, client type and completion year
• Organisation chart and key people
• Manpower by trade
• Plant, tools and equipment
• HSE policy and how it works on site
• Quality procedures and the certificates you hold

How we structure a contracting profile

Licence scope and classification

We mirror the activities on your trade licence. If you hold a contractor classification or grade, it’s shown exactly as it appears on your certificate. Keeping the profile within your licence scope keeps it consistent with the documents reviewers read alongside it.

Projects

Your project list is often the page reviewers spend longest on, so each entry is set out the same way: what the project was, where, for what type of client, your scope and the year. On Professional, a short project list or table can take one of the 8 pages; Premium adds a dedicated selected projects page.

Organisation and manpower

An organisation chart from management to site level, the key roles and qualifications you want highlighted, and your workforce by trade, for example carpenters, painters, masons or MEP technicians.

Equipment

Plant, tools, vehicles, scaffolding and workshop facilities, each marked as owned or hired, the way you describe them to us.

Health, safety and environment

A summary of your HSE policy and how it runs on site: inductions, toolbox talks, PPE, permits to work and incident reporting. Certificates appear only if you hold them (for example ISO 45001 or ISO 9001, if you have them). Every section is built only on the information you confirm.

Fit-out details

For fit-out companies, reviewers also look for the spaces you work on (offices, retail, hospitality, residential), whether you offer design-and-build or build-only, and which trades, such as joinery, you run in-house.

Professional — AED 850 (Recommended)

8 pages per language in Arabic and English, a choice of 2 design styles (Executive Navy or Clean Facility), 2 revisions, delivered in 3 working days after full intake. That’s enough room for scope, organisation, manpower, equipment and HSE in both languages. Executive Navy, with its deep navy headers and strong typographic hierarchy, suits government-facing contracting submissions.

Premium — AED 1,500

For a specific prequalification, tender or vendor registration: 8–10 pages per language, wording tailored to that submission, a selected projects page, unlimited in-scope revisions and 1 rush included. We’re a new contractor with few completed projects. What can the profile show?

Lead with your licence scope, the relevant experience of your key people (described as their individual experience, not as company projects), your equipment, your HSE approach and the work you’ve completed so far, even if the jobs are small. A clear profile at this stage gives reviewers a solid picture, and it can grow as your project list does.

Do you need our contractor classification?

If you hold one, yes. Send the certificate and we’ll show the classification exactly as issued. If you don’t hold one, the profile focuses on the activities on your trade licence.

Can you include our project list?

Yes, built from the project details you send. On Professional, one of the 8 pages can carry a short project list or table. Premium adds a dedicated, fully designed selected projects page with wording tailored to your tender, on top of its other pages. Client names appear only where you have permission to show them.

Can the profile show which trades we subcontract?

Yes. We mark which trades you deliver with your own workforce and which you manage through specialist subcontractors, as you describe them. Reviewers can then see your direct capacity and your supply chain separately.
