Scope of services

We provide writing and design of company profile PDFs per the purchased package (Starter, Essential, Professional, Premium) and any paid add-ons.

Packages, add-ons & payment

Prices are in AED as published. Work begins after agreed payment terms and full intake. Rush fees apply when purchased or included (Premium).

Client responsibilities & intake

You confirm that materials you supply are accurate and that you have rights to use logos, photos and client names. You must complete intake for delivery clocks to start.

Revisions & acceptance

Revision counts follow your package. Unlimited revisions on Premium are in-scope only. Final acceptance is confirmed in writing/email.

No-invention / accuracy

We do not invent clients, projects, certifications or experience. You remain responsible for the truth of facts in the delivered profile.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use the final PDF for business purposes. Editable source files are included only if purchased. We may show anonymised style work in our portfolio unless you opt out in writing.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for tender outcomes, bank decisions, or third-party portal rejections. Our liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant project.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
